I’m yet to set up a church as an ordained Reverend Minister – Obaapa Christy
Christiana Twene, better known by her stage name Obaapa Christy, is a gospel musician from Ghana. She just received the title of Reverend, and she has said that she intends to found her own church.
In an interview with Amansan Krakye, Obaapa Christy revealed that despite the fact that she has been ordained as a Reverend Minister, she has not yet made a decision on the establishment of her own church.
“Please even though I’m now a reverend but I have not yet established my own church,” she remarked on Kastle FM in Cape Coast.
“But when the time comes for me to establish a church in God’s own time He will show his grace,” she continued on the Kastle Drive Show.
Obaapa Christy sent various things and an unknown amount of money to the Potters Village Orphanage Home in Dodowa as part of the festivities commemorating her 20th anniversary as Obaapa. The home is situated in Dodowa.
Born Christiana Twene once went by the name Christiana Love during the time that she was married to one of the most well-known Ghanaian ministers of God, who went by the name Pastor Love; the couple ultimately divorced.
